Welcome to this green oasis close to the city: live near the forest, sea, and with a huge garden and a lot of privacy, while very close to shopping, city, and efficient transportation. The area is secure and beautiful with lots of green spaces and you get to be in the city within 30 min. You get to live in a "villa" like setting. I am renting a fully furnished room in a semi-seperate section of my home - which gives you much privacy, while we share the rest of the apartment and the garden. This is a first floor attached house from 1999. The room is near the entrance of the apartment. It opens to a long hall, and I live with my son on a part time basis on the other part of the apartment. The room has a 140 cm wide bed with storage space underneath, desk and chair, big closet, hanger, drawers etc. Big modern kitchen with all amenities, big modern bathroom with washing machine + dryer are included. Relatively good storage space inside the room and in storage rooms outside. The rental is inclusive of all costs including insurance, wifi, security system, electricity etc. I am used to renting out this space for the last 4 years, and have much experience living with others. I am helpful in all regards and keep the space tidy and clean. The room is available after summer but I am also open to welcome a new guest any time during the summer. I will priortise people who would like to rent this room for a longer period. Previously I've rented it to a professional hotel manager, a doctor working in the city, a KTH student, etc - and they can provide recommendations. Important for me: - You respect personal space. - You have a high standard in hygiene and cleaning, both in your private and in the common space. - You value a relatively environmentally sustainable way of living - You are flexible to accomodate that we have a kid at home every second week. - You pay on time, no later than the 26th of each month, for the following month. - You undertand that this is a "quiet" family-friendly house - no loudness in the evenings, drugs or drunkeness. - You value communications and have a civil and proactive way of communicating Jag är svensk och talar både svenska och engelska.
