Möblerad med en 160 cm säng, dush, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, kök, och fantastisk inglasad balkong, som får sol hela dagen. 3 minuters gångavstånd till Möllan, 10 till Triangel. Friskis och Svettis finns i byggnaden och Nordic Wellness är bara runt hornet. Hyran ligger på 10.000 sek inkl. wifi, el och vatten. Om dig : Du (och kanske din partner) är pålitlig, rökfri, ansvarsful och skötsam. Djur kan vara ok, men det beror på vilket djur det rör sig om. OBS ! Jag älskar min växter - de behöver vattnas 2 gånger i vecka (ibland oftare) och det är viktigt att du går med på att vattna dem under din vistelse i lägenheten. ______ Renting out our sunny space from September 1 to February 28. Apartment is fully furnished with a 160 cm bed, shower, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and our amazing winter balcony which gets sun all day. We're located on one of the top floors! Location is right in the center of Möllan, 3 mins walking to the square and 10 mins to Trianglen. There's even a Friskis och Svettis located in the basement which you can reach by elevator and a Nordic Wellness 3 mins away. Price is 10,000 sek including fast internet, electric, and water. This apartment is smoke free. My partner and I are looking for a single person, or a couple, to watch our apartment as we travel around for the spring. We're looking for someone chill, reliable, smoke free, who is respectful and kind. Animals can be considered on a case to case basis. OBS! We have many beloved plants which will need to be watered when we are away - they are very important to us (read: mostly me) and would like their care to be taken seriously.
