Renting out a 12m2 room in a 75m2 apartment in Flemingsberg. 4min walk to Södertörn university, Huddinge hospital and a bunch of other universities. 5min walk to Flemingsberg train station. (15min with train to Stockholm central). 10min walk to Alfa laval. 10min walking to 3 big grocery stores( Ica, Lidl and Willys). I have 2 dogs. Will be traveling with them so the rent will be between 3500kr-7500kr. Depending on my absence. In the rent is included internet, water, heat, electricity, washer & dryer, car garage, bicycle room, 2 big pax ikea wardrobes, tv with chrome cast, balcony with view of the park, shared kitchen appliances.
