Vi hyr ut ett rum med egen toalett och garderob utanför rummet + egen klädhängare i hallen. Eget kylskåp med frysfack i köket. Du delar badrum, hall och kök med oss. Vi är en kvinnlig förskollärare 50 år, en 16åring på halvtid samt en utekatt. Vi bor i Högdalen 6 minuter från högdalen centrum, t-bana och bussar. tunnelbanan tar 19 minuter till t-centralen. lägenheter ligger på tredje våningen. Bredband, el och gas ingår i hyran. I rummet finns en säng, skrivbord och stol, liten byrå, hylla, rullgardin och lampor. Renting out one room with your own toalet and a closet outside of the room. You have your own fridge and freezer in the kitchen. The apartment is located 6 minutes from buses and subway in Högdalen. With the subway it is 19 minutes to the central station (t-centralen). The apartment is on the third floor. We share bathroom and kitchen. we are a 50 year old female preschool teather, one outdoor cat and my 16year old child who lives here half the time. Internet, electricity and gas is included in the rent. The room has a bed, a shelf, desk and a chair, several lights, curtain.
