Description

I’ve been renting the apartment for two years during my studies at KTH and am subletting it as I’ll be away for the summer. I’m looking for someone who will be spending the summer in Stockholm and will take good care of the apartment while I’m away. Ideally, the rental would be between 20 June and 15 August, but I can be somewhat flexible with the dates. The apartment is located in Hägerstensåsen, within 150m of the metro station. The connection to the city centre is excellent and takes around 15 minutes with the red line. The neighbourhood is peaceful, clean and lively, with many bars, restaurants and green areas nearby, and the water is within about a 20 minute walk. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room with a balcony (which has been used as an additional bedroom and is furnished as such), a separate kitchen with dining space, and a bathroom. There is also a shared laundry room and a bike room on the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with all the furniture visible in the photos. Electricity, water, heating and internet are included.
