Studioapartment with privat bathroom and pentry located in Uppsala city center, in a NEW building which means that everything is new and fresch. 10 minutes walking distance from downtown, Akademiska hospital, Universities and trainstation. You can take the train from trainstation to Arlanda airport in 20 minutes and Stockholm city in 36 minutes. The location is perfect. A big supermarket, gym, restaurants, hairdresser salon, dentist etc is just a couple steps away from the apartment. There is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave, TV, bed linen and kitchen utensils in the apartment. The apartment is available from 1 of august 2024 and for rent anywhere in the long term (minimum 2 years or longer). The apartment fits for 1 person, a couple or 2 friends. Not more than 2 person. Since we own the apartment, you can have your address there and you will get your own mailbox.

Det tar 10 minuter att promenera från stora torget, Akademiska sjukhuset, centralstationen och 5 minuter från arbetsförmedlingen till lägenheten. 2 minuters promenad till Willys. Perfekt för 1 person, ett par eller 2 kompisar. Lägenheten är tillgänglig från 1 augusti 2024 och uthyres helst långsiktigt, minst 2 år eller längre. Eftersom vi äger lägenheten, kan du ha din adress där och du kommer ha en egen brevlåda. Deposition krävs!
