Im looking for a new roomate to my privately owned apartment (brf), moving in/outdate is a bit flexible The room is furnished, with a bed, desk and if you would like a small couch (in the pictures my roommates stuff are visible, a "serveringsförslag", so imagine away obvious things like clothes and laptop). There is a wardrobe in the room. The kitchen is rather well equiped. There is a dishwasher, and plenty of utensils, plates, glasses etc. You would also get plenty of storage space in the kitchen for your groceries/ own equipemnt (if you have). Electricity, heating, fiber internet is included in the rent. The area is quiet, but with grocery store, buss stop, restaurants around the corner. A big nature reserve, Delsjöområdet, lies adjacent to the residential area (forest is 1min walk away), and the lake Härlanda tjärn is just down the hill (5min walk through the forest). There area excellent bike paths in the area, eg to the citycenter, and buss 17 passes through frequently. If this sounds interesting please write me a message and tell me a little about yourself.
