Jag studerar på Handelshögskolan vid Göteborgs universitet och ska på utbyte till Nice, Frankrike i höst. Därför hyr jag ut min fullt möblerade studietta på 32 m² under perioden. Lägenheten är tillgänglig från augusti med flexibelt inflyttningsdatum. Hyran är 8500 kr per månad och allt ingår, el, värme, vatten och WiFi. En deposition på 4250 kr (halv månads hyra) betalas vid inflyttning. Lägenheten är fullt möblerad med diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Den ligger på fjärde våningen och har balkong. Förråd ingår. Boendet ligger på Hisingen nära Backaplan med goda förbindelser via buss och spårvagn till centrala Göteborg. Jag söker helst någon lugn och ansvarsfull, gärna student som behöver boende under höstterminen. Detta är en andrahandsuthyrning som behöver godkännas av min hyresvärd. That's why I'm renting out my fully furnished studio apartment of 32 m² during the period. The apartment is available from around 1 to 15 August with a flexible move-in date. The rent is 8500 kr per month and everything is included, electricity, heating, water and WiFi. A deposit of 4250 kr (half a month's rent) is paid at move-in. The apartment is fully furnished with a dishwasher and washing machine. It's on the fourth floor and has a balcony. Storage unit included. The apartment is located on Hisingen close to Backaplan with good connections by bus and tram to central Gothenburg. I'm ideally looking for someone calm and responsible, preferably a student who needs a place to stay for the autumn term. Please note that this is a second-hand rental that needs to be approved by my landlord.
