Some information about the apartment: • Size: 30 sqm • Location: Lindholmen – close to the city center, the river, nice walking areas, shops, gyms, and more • Rent: SEK 5,657 per month • Included: furniture, electricity, and internet Please note: The apartment is currently partially furnished by the tenant staying here during the semester, which means some furniture and decorations are not mine. The property is owned by SGS Studentbostäder, which has the following requirement for summer tenants: • The tenant must be enrolled in at least 5 credits at University of Gothenburg or Chalmers University of Technology during the summer.
