Beskrivning

This studio apartment is on the ground floor of our villa. It has its own entrance and you have your own kitchen and bathroom. Then you also have access to a laundry room, parking space and patio with barbecue. It is fully equipped. Our house is located in a residential area 15 km south of downtown Stockholm. It takes 15 minutes to get there by car or 30-40 minutes by public transport. We live 2 km from Farsta Strand where you have both Tunnelbana (metro) and Pendeltåg (commuter train). If you don’t want to walk to Farsta Strand there is a bus 150 m from our house. There are two single beds and these can easily be moved together to form a double bed. Then there is a large sofa that can also function as a sofa bed. There is a dining table with four chairs. Large smart TV and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower. A laundry room is available next to the apartment. Fast WiFi for those who want to work or watch series or sports. The biggest advantage is the area where we live. A very quiet area with beautiful nature, but still close to central Stockholm.
