Its a fully furnished apartment, you will have your own room, fully furnished, kitchen and bathroom is also fully equipped and will be shared with one person (male), thats me. So I am already living in it and you will be the second person. Everything is included in the rent like internet, electricity, hot and cold water, washing machine is also inside the apartment.
