👋 LOOKING FOR A ROOM TO RENT FOR A SHORTER (OR POSSIBLY LONGER) PERIOD? 👋 - Newly renovated, furnished room 15 min from central Stockholm -📍🏡 I am looking for a flatmate to rent a bedroom in my apartment. The room is rented out furnished from March 15th, 2026 until June–July 2026 (flexible move-out date). There may also be a possibility to extend the stay. Here is a summary: TRANSPORTATION: The apartment is located about a 5-minute walk from Helenelund station (southern Sollentuna). From there, the commuter train takes you to: • 10 min to Odenplan • 13 min to Stockholm City / T-Centralen • 18 min to Stockholm South • 44 min to Uppsala Central Station ABOUT THE APARTMENT: It is a four-room (“mini five-room”) apartment of 73 sqm, newly renovated and fully equipped with everything you might need. You are of course welcome to use and spend time in the entire apartment. There is also a small guest room if you have friends or family visiting. At the moment, two people live here: myself and a 21-year-old man from Latvia. I work full-time as a preschool assistant, and R is an engineering student doing an exchange semester at KTH during the spring term. RENT: 5,800 SEK per month (all utilities included).
